You must sign up as a group of 4-5 students.

We do not accept applications from 1 person.

Our tenancy agreements are May 1st - April 30th (12 months).

This is another reason why we have guarantors, it facilitates the following:

We know that things can change during a year and that is why our Tenancy Agreement is structured so that it names the members of your group that form “the Single Cooperative Household”. If any member of the Single Cooperative Household decides, for whatever reason, to leave during the lease period this will have no financial effect on you or your guarantor. It is the responsibility of the member of the Single Cooperative Household that is leaving to continue to pay us their monthly rent.

Any person that takes the place of/joins the group (by sublet or Tenancy Agreement Assignment) must be a student and must be approved by the remaining members of the Single Cooperative Household.
