Steps to Rent

You must have at least 4 or 5 confirmed renters in order to apply.

We do not rent to just 1 person.

You will be provided a password for further instructions and provided access to all required forms including:

Tenancy Agreement

PAD Authorization

Pet Ownership Form

Utility Forms

We book groups to walk through the available rentals every January.

If you are interested in the house, your group is very certain about renting one of our homes, you may want to consider to having some or most of the paperwork completed and signed prior to viewing the houses. Any outstanding paperwork would be due within 2 days of viewing the house.

Our tenancy agreements are May 1st - April 30th (12 months).

If approved, your move in date would be May 1.
